Simon Lau
P.Eng., CRL, PMP
Simon is an accomplished program and project engineer with a proven record of delivering exceptional results. He excels in leading teams, leveraging stakeholder support to drive change, and championing continuous improvement initiatives. With extensive experience in maintenance management, reliability engineering, and operational excellence. Simon has successfully developed maintenance master plans, implemented asset criticality, strategies, and optimized maintenance practices. He has played a pivotal role in guiding organizations with the establishment of guiding principles, developing business process maps and the implementation and change of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Maintenance Management Systems (MMS).
Daryush Esmaili

Daryush has dedicated his career to helping municipalities, utilities, and institutions make the best possible decisions regarding their assets, finances, and resources. His experience includes progressive roles in municipal, consulting, and educational organizations, where he has used his cross-disciplinary experience to lead high-impact organization-wide improvement initiatives. This has included establishing new corporate asset management departments and project management offices, leading the delivery of complex projects, enhancing operations and maintenance, and service delivery. His experience and areas of expertise includes asset management, campus planning, real estate, capital planning, space planning, design and construction, operations and maintenance, sustainability, parking, housing and student residences, human resources, and retail services.
Lindsay Mooradian

Lindsay is a civil engineer with over 12 years of experience delivering innovative solutions across a wide range of consulting engineering projects, including asset management, linear infrastructure design, transportation planning, hydraulic modeling, and environmental assessments. She has successfully worked with a diverse range of clients, including small private firms, municipalities of various sizes, and provincial government agencies. Lindsay’s versatility is demonstrated through her ability to take on key roles, such as project manager, technical/design lead, QA/QC specialist, and technical project support, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Jessica Angers is a seasoned asset management professional with over 12 years of experience supporting a wide range of asset types in the public sector, including linear, vertical, and fleet assets. She has led initiatives in lifecycle planning, risk analysis, budgeting, and the development of asset management systems and teams. Jessica brings a systems-thinking approach, strong facilitation skills, and a focus on practical solutions that support evidence-based decision-making and long-term service delivery.
Ana Brankovan
M.Eng.
Ana is an engineering professional with expertise in municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. With experience spanning condition assessments, detailed design, and Class Environmental Assessments, she has successfully supported projects for a wide range of clients from small businesses to regional municipalities. Ana specializes in pumping station assessments and LiDAR 3D scanning, bringing a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project. Her strong technical background and hands-on field experience make her a valuable asset in delivering resilient, efficient infrastructure solutions.
Jade Holland
P.Eng., PMP, MBA
Jade is a licensed Professional Engineer with nearly a decade of experience in the design and contract administration of municipal infrastructure projects. She has managed full detailed design, permitting, tender preparation, cost estimating, and contract award processes. Jade brings a client-focused approach rooted in innovation and cost-efficiency. Her expertise includes capital budget planning, consultant and contractor oversight, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement within Ontario’s municipal framework. Jade is deeply attuned to the financial importance of asset-based budgeting and skilled in maintaining productive relationships with internal departments, agencies, and community stakeholders.
Milad Darrouj

Milad is a results-driven Mechanical Engineering and Management graduate with hands-on experience in asset management, infrastructure assessment, and operations and maintenance planning. He brings a collaborative approach to cross-functional projects, effectively working with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive service excellence. With a strong foundation in municipal engineering, Milad has supported the development of Operations and Maintenance Manuals, led field data collection and condition assessments, and contributed to the strategic planning of water and wastewater infrastructure. Milad’s expertise spans technical documentation, GIS analysis, and project coordination, consistently delivering practical solutions that enhance asset performance, regulatory compliance, and long-term serviceability.
